EXCHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation can be requested up to 7 days after approval of the purchase, without withholding amounts, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code. Cancellation must be made by e-mail to atendimento@cacauspa.com.br with all the data and information of the contracted service. The refund will be made within 15 business days after the cancellation is approved

Important:

The massage is performed upon appointment 16 hours in advance.

The voucher must be presented at the reception, along with an identification document.

CacauSPA reserves the right to cancel the service with prior notice, except in cases of force majeure.

A fee of 10% will be charged on the price of the service, and payment of this fee is optional.
